Renée Couture is an accomplished senior executive and thought leader with more than 30 years of success managing group benefits and pension as a consultant and as a senior corporate executive in a variety of sectors, including education, hi-tech, aerospace, manufacturing and service delivery sectors. Her broad areas of expertise include change management, employee engagement, mental health in the workplace, client relations and organizational strategy.

A past CIA Board member, Renée is currently Chair of the Institute’s Actuarial Standards Board.

Renée holds a bachelor in actuarial science from Concordia University.
