Jacques has over 35 years of experience in the life insurance industry. His experience covers IFRS 17 financial reporting, business appraisal, embedded value securitization, liquidation, demutualization, financial condition testing, independent peer review, independent actuary and expert witness.
He is currently the Appointed Actuary for two clients.
A long-standing CIA member and volunteer, Jacques was CIA President for 2014-15.
