Danielle Boulet is a seasoned executive with extensive national and international experience in financial regulation, compliance and strategic leadership. Her career spans over three decades, including senior roles at major institutions such as the Autorité des marchés financiers, Banco de Chile, Dexia, Crédit Agricole Indosuez, Canadian Council of Insurance Regulators and the National Bank of Canada. Known for her transformative leadership, Danielle has led organizational turnarounds, regulatory harmonization efforts, and culture-change initiatives across North and South America and Europe.
 
She has also contributed to public service and education, serving on boards, teaching management and supervision, and advising on fiduciary regulation. Her strategic insight and persuasive communication have made her a respected figure in both industry and academia.
 
Danielle holds an MBA in operations management from HEC Montréal and a BSc from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
